Heartland Park Topeka is a multi-purpose motorsports facility located 5 miles (8 km) in Topeka, Kansas. When it opened in 1989, it was the first brand-new auto racing facility to be built in the United States for 20 years. Yes it does. When you register there is a tech sheet you must fill out. It covers all the things that you would expect to be able to safely run around a track. Fresh tires, fresh brakes, seatbelts, no fluid leaks, etc. Basically don't expect a beater to be allowed to run. Also you need a snell approved helmet.
Just out of curiosity......how will weather be handled? For example rain....delay, cancel, etc. Thanks!
